Finding a way to put points on the board is something every team in the league is constantly striving to do. Without getting the ball in the endzone consistently, life in the NFL can be extremely difficult. Here’s a look at the best bets to score a touchdown in Week 8.

Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans

The Titans love to run the football. Tennessee’s opponent Sunday, the Houston Texans, haven’t had much luck stopping the run. What that means is it will be a good opportunity for Henry, who has been heating up in recent weeks, to find space to gallop.

Henry has been a big part of Tennessee’s game plan all season. He has carried the ball 20 or more times in five of the Titans’ six games. He has scored five rushing touchdowns, having a string of four straight games with a score broken last week against Indianapolis.

Miles Sanders, Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles’ offense is going to have Pittsburgh’s defense distracted on Sunday. That will open up opportunities for Miles Sanders, who was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, an opportunity to score. Sanders has scored four times this season, all on the ground.

However, Sanders also is a capable pass catcher and can find success in the flats against Steelers linebackers who have struggled in pass coverage. Philadelphia will likely put up more than a few touchdowns in a big win over Pittsburgh.

Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders’ offense has started to show some life after getting behind the running game. Jacobs has carried the ball 20 or more times in three straight games for Las Vegas. In the Raiders’ first three games, he only carried it 42 times in total.

Las Vegas has really been opening up paths for Jacobs over the past few weeks. Against Houston and Kansas City, Jacobs averaged over 7.0 yards per carry and scored four touchdowns. He has scored all six of his touchdowns over the past few weeks.

Jacobs should be able to score again against a New Orleans team that has struggled mightily on defense.

Stefon Diggs, Buffalo Bills

Diggs and quarterback Josh Allen’s relationship has become one of the top receiver-signal caller relationships in the NFL. With how Allen loves to stretch the field, that provides Diggs with an opportunity to make a bunch of plays. Diggs is tied for the second in the NFL in touchdowns with six.

So far this season, Diggs averages 13.4 yards per catch and has topped the 100-yard mark in four of Buffalo’s six games. The Bills are preparing to take on a Green Bay team that has been struggling mightily on offense.

Buffalo will have plenty of opportunities to put up points and should be able to make sure Diggs finds his way to the endzone one more time.
