Scoring across the NFL has been hard to come by for certain teams. There have been a number of players, however, that have been able to hit paydirt frequently through the first few weeks of the season. Here’s a look at the players who are likely to find their way into the endzone.

Saquon Barkley, RB, New York Giants, -152

One of the NFL’s best comeback stories this season has been Barkley. The Giants’ star running back has had his career nearly derailed several times due to injury. However, first-year New York head coach Brian Daboll has put his trust in Barkley to help turn the franchise around.

During the Giants’ 5-1 start, Barkley has carried the ball 119 times for 616 yards and two touchdowns. Barkley has scored a touchdown in each of the past two games.

The Jaguars have the third-best running defense in the league, limiting teams to 89.3 yards per game. However, New York will find a way to finish a drive with a Barkley scoring run.

Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, -104

The Buccaneers will be eager to get back on the right foot following a tough loss to Pittsburgh last week. What makes this a good spot for thinking Tampa Bay is going to put up points is how Carolina is melting down. The Panthers traded several key offensive players over the past few weeks as they are eager to move on past the Matt Rhule era.

Evans has been targeted seven or more times in three games this season. Tampa Bay will be looking Evans’ way to try and get the offensive restarted. The Buccaneers have stagnated over the past few weeks.

Tyreek Hill, WR, Miami Dolphins, -125

Hill hasn’t seen much decline in his numbers despite going from catching passes from Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes to Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Hill has had to play without Tagovailoa the past few weeks but has still put up high numbers.

Catching passes from Skyler Thompson and Teddy Bridgewater last week, Hill grabbed 15 passes for 177 yards. Playing against Pittsburgh’s secondary will give Hill a lot of options.

Steelers cornerback Akhello Witherspoon will be out again. While Minkah Fitzpatrick will return, the Steelers got roasted by Buffalo in a game Fitzpatrick played in.

Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons, +200

London didn’t go to the best quarterback situation when he was drafted this year. Atlanta quarterback Marcus Mariota has been serviceable, if unspectacular, during his brief stint with the Falcons. London has also gotten a lot of opportunities this season.

He has been targeted six times or more in five of six games so far this season. Due to Atlanta’s defensive struggles, the Falcons have been forced to score a lot to keep up.

The Cincinnati Bengals will test the defense’s mettle this weekend. The Falcons will again be forced to throw, and London will find the endzone.
