CHICAGO BULLS AT MILWAUKEE BUCKS BETTING PREVIEW

CHICAGO BULLS AT MILWAUKEE BUCKS BETTING PREVIEW

With the Chicago Bulls on the brink of elimination, they have a chance to rally tonight. They’ll need to win all four games to take the series, but it starts with the game today.

However, injuries to players such as Zach LaVine could keep them from claiming a win. Still, if they want to avoid elimination, they’ll need to find a way to beat the Milwaukee Bucks tonight.

Now that they have the Bulls on the ropes, the Bucks can deal the finishing blow. The Heat have eliminated the Hawks, and the Celtics have eliminated the Nets. For the Bucks to get a bit of rest, they’ll need to take out the Chicago Bulls tonight.

They can take advantage of the injuries the Bulls have suffered to do this. The only thing left for us to decide is who to bet on tonight.

Chicago Bulls: Need to win on the road to stay alive

The last two games of the series have been losses for the Chicago Bulls. The problem is, both of those losses were home games for the Bulls. Now, they’ll head back to Milwaukee, where they’ll play two games on the road.

This season, the Bulls have a 20-23 record on the road and are 19-23-1 on the road against the spread. This record doesn’t inspire much confidence.

The good news for bettors looking to take Chicago is they’re +11.5 tonight. Although this gives them some breathing room, their most recent loss was by over 20 points. Without Zach LaVine, the Bulls are going to be in serious trouble.

They’ve yet to find an answer for Giannis Antetokounmpo, and their own offense is in shambles. This could be the final game for Chicago.

Milwaukee Bucks: Ending it here allows the Bucks time to breathe

As we mentioned above, round two of the NBA playoffs is already shaping up. The Heat and Celtics have advanced, which only leaves two series for the Eastern Conference.

The 76ers and the Raptors are currently at a 3-2 series, with Philadelphia in the lead. If the Bucks can get a win here, they can at least get a few days’ rest before the next round begins.

In the game they lost to the Chicago Bulls, Milwaukee only lost by four points. It’s also important to note that it was a home game as well. DeMar DeRozan scored 41 points against the Bucks but hasn’t had a similar night since.

With LaVine out, the Bucks can focus all of their attention on DeRozan, shutting him down for good. With that being said, the choice tonight is pretty clear.

Odds for Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks

Here are the current odds for the Chicago Bulls at Milwaukee Bucks:

  • Chicago Bulls: +11.5 (-110) and +2500 to win
  • Milwaukee Bucks: -11.5 (-110) and -850 to win

* Odds could change at any time

Potential Winning Pick

We mentioned above that the Bulls come in as 11.5-point underdogs tonight. Although the spread is rather large, they’ve lost by over 20 points in the last two games. In their history against the Bucks, the Bulls are 4-6 against the spread.

Their overall record in their last ten against Milwaukee is 2-8. Without Zach LaVine in the lineup, we don’t see the Bulls being able to pull off a win tonight. In fact, we don’t believe they’ll keep it close, especially with the Bucks playing at home.

Betting Pick: Milwaukee Bucks -11.5, OVER
