Score Media and Gaming Inc. on Wednesday launched a New Jersey sports betting game-changer called ‘FUSE‘
Not to be confused, it’s a unique suite of innovative integrators that seamlessly link up their media and betting platforms. And the result, at first sight, is impressive.
Navigating between their New Jersey sports betting platform and their international media app, they claim, has never been quicker or slicker.
For instance, you no longer have to go to theScore to peruse the latest news, views and data before going back to theScore Bet to fill in your betting slip.
Now you can build and create your betting slip on theScore sports media app. And you can do it at the same time you are looking at the latest betting information.
In other words, you can have one eye on its deep data, stats and scores and the other on your betting slip. This, of course, should help you make the most informed wager possible
Bet activation is smooth and simple
Activating the bet is equally smooth and simple. A single tap sends the slip back to theScore Bet where logging in with Face ID® simplifies the procedure.
Also, there is a new innovation involving theScore’s public chat pages where users have been able to vote on betting polls. Now, if they fancy their vote, they can jump directly into theScore Bet to wager on it
“The launch of theScore Bet revolutionized the integration of sports betting and media,” said John Levy, theScore Founder and CEO. “The introduction of FUSE takes it to another level,”
“We’ve created an unparalleled cross-platform media and betting experience. It’s getting sports fans into the action faster than ever. Our goal is to surpass sports fans’ expectations while leading the way for media in the sports betting industry. With FUSE, we’re only just getting started.”
To access the new integrations, theScore Bet users must have ‘Bet Mode’ activated on their theScore media apps. And remember, to place a wager on theScore Bet, users must be physically located in the state of New Jersey.
First US sportsbook created by a media company
Launched in September, theScore Bet is the first US sportsbook to have been created by an American media company.
Locally built, it services New Jersey via a market access agreement with Darby Development LLC, the operators of Monmouth Park Racetrack.
TheScore Bet has gained market access across 11 additional states via a partnership agreement with Penn National Gaming.
Meantime theScore media, not being a betting site, has been available throughout the US and Canada for some time. How soon theScore Bet links up with it in those 11 states is subject to them legalizing sports betting
Dozens of states without it are in the process of making sports betting legal right now. However, to date less than 25% of the US’s 50 states have legal sports betting industries in operation.
